Crumble the feta cheese into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, honey, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 2–3 minutes).
If the dip is too thick, add a splash of olive oil or lemon juice and blend again.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and add a pinch of red pepper flakes or smoked paprika.
Pair with pita bread, veggies, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
