  • 1 Ib breakfast sausage
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

  • Preheat oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Cook sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
