Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend Until Smooth: In a food processor or blender, add the feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Taste & Adjust: Add more lemon juice for extra brightness or a drizzle of honey if you prefer a slightly sweeter balance. If the dip is too thick, add a splash of water or more olive oil to loosen it.
  • Serve & Garnish: Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with extra red pepper flakes and fresh herbs.
