Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are soft (about 5 minutes).
  • Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer the beef mixture in a greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and provolone evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until set and cheese is golden brown.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
