- 1 Ib ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Transfer the cooked beef to a slow cooker and add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
