Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib ground beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Transfer the cooked beef to a slow cooker and add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
  • Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in the beef broth and stir everything to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the vegetables are tender and the flavors meld.
  • Serve hot, topped with your choice of sour cream, shredded cheese, and cilantro.
