  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 cups crushed Fritos or Doritos
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C ).
  • Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  • Season: Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, Rotel, and black beans. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  • Layer the Bake: In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Fritos or Doritos. Top with the beef mixture, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish: Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
